Our Private Room and Lounge both have natural daylight and views across the gardens. They can be booked separately for smaller meetings or used together for a conference of up to 100 delegates.
Both rooms can be arranged in boardroom, cabaret, theatre or U-shape layouts. We can also provide breakout space in the hotel and gardens, depending on your programme and the weather.

Day-delegate packages combine room hire, refreshments, lunch and standard meeting equipment. For residential conferences, our 24-hour packages can also include dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated when provided in advance
Stay overnight
With 30 bedrooms, including four self-contained apartments and a penthouse suite, Lanes can accommodate delegates before or after a meeting. Residential packages can include dinner in Lanes Brasserie, overnight accommodation and breakfast.
Our apartments are particularly useful for visiting teams and longer projects, providing separate bedrooms, a lounge, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen.
